HEALTHY RECIPES : MANGO ICE CREAM

HEALTHY RECIPES  :  MANGO ICE CREAM


500 ML. MILK FULL FAT

2 TBSP. MILK POWDER

150 GRAM MANGO PULP OR CHOPPED


2 TBSP. COLD MILK

3 TBSP. CUSTARD POWDER

3 TBSP. SUGAR

5-6 TBSP. CREAM.


HEAT A MILK IN A THICK BOTTOMED PAN. 
MAKE ITS THICKENED CONSISTENCY.

MIX THE CUSTARD POWDER IN COLD MILK.
ADD THIS CUSTARD MIXTURE INTO THE THICKENED HOT MILK.
ADD SUGAR INIT MIX WELL.
MIX THE MILK POWDER IN A 2 TBSP. WATER AND ADD INTO BOIL CUSTARD MIXTURE. 
BOIL THE MIXTURE SOME MORE TILL NICELY MIX AND THICKENED.
KEEP ASIDE TO COME ROOM TEMPERA CHAR.
THEN BLEND WITH BLENDER.
ADD  MANGO PULP OR CHOPPED MANGO.
NICELY BLEND WITH BLENDER.
THEN ADD CREAM AND MIX WELL.


POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A ICE CREAM CONTAINER. COVER WITH THE LID AND PLACE IN THE FREEZER TO SET. 


REMOVE FROM THE FREEZER AFTER 6-7 HOURS.
SERVE IN SLICES OR SCOOPS.
GARNISH WITH CHOPPED MANGO.
