4 CUP SUGAR MELON - FINELY CHOPPED
4 -5 NO. GRAPES - VERY THIN ROUNDED SLICES
1 GLASS CHILLED WATER
1 TSP. SALT
1/2 TSP. PEPPER POWDER
3- 9 GRAPES FOR GLASS GARNISHING

AFTER REMOVING THE OUTER PEEL, CUT THE SUGAR MELON IN TO SMALL PIECES (FINELY CHOPPED).
PLACE THEM VERTICAL JAR.
ADD CHILLED WATER IN IT.
THEN ADD 1 TSP. SALT.
YOU CAN ADD SOME OF SUGAR, BUT NOT NECESSARILY.
NOW ATTACH CUTTER BLADE.
SWITCH ON AND GENTLY MOVE THE BLENDER UP AND DOWN TILL SHARBAT IS READY.
INDEED AN EXCELLENT HEALTH - GIVING AND THIRST - QUENCHER IN SUMMER - QUICK SHARBAT IS READY IN FEW SECONDS.
NOW POUR IN A SERVING GLASS.
SPRINKLE PEPPER POWDER OVER IT.
THEN PLACE THIN - ROUND SLICES OF THE GRAPES, OVER IT FOR GARNISHING.
