HEALTHY  RECIPE : GARLIC  - RAW MANGO PICKLE














4 CUP RAW MANGO'S SHRED 

4 TBSP. SALT

2 TBSP. TURMERIC POWDER

250 GRAM GARLIC  SLIGHTLY MASHED

150 GRAM  PICKLE MASALA (ADANI ROYAL PICKLE MASALA OR ANY OTHER )

5 TBSP. SALT - OR AS PER TEST

2 CUP OIL 

2 TBSP VINEGAR

2 - 3 TBSP. EXTRA OIL

TAKE A RAW MANGO'S SHREDS AND SPRINKLE  ABOUT 4 TBSP. SALT AND 2 TBSP TURMERIC POWDER.
MIX WELL AND PRESS SLIGHTLY.
KEEP ASIDE FOR 1/2 AN HOUR.

AFTER 1/2 AN HOUR DRAIN THE SOUR YELLOW WATER FROM RAW SHREDDED MANGO. 
KEEP ASIDE.

HEAT A OIL IN A THICK BOTTOMED PAN.
ADD GARLIC IN IT. SAUTÉ SLIGHTLY TILL WHITE NOT BROWN, OVER SLOW FLAME.
ADD RAW MANGO'S SHREDS IN IT, MIX WITH GARLIC.
THEN SAUTÉ SLIGHTLY WITH TOGETHER OVER SLOW FLAME.
KEEP ASIDE TO COME ROOM TEMPERA CHAR.
THEN ADD SALT AND PICKLE MASALA.
MIX WELL. 
ADD VINEGAR, MIX WELL TOGETHER.
ADD 2-3 TBSP. EXTRA OIL AND MIX WELL.
REST FOR 1/2 AN HOUR AND MIX WELL.
STORE IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER.
SERVE WITH  KHAKHARA AND ANY OTHERS.
