HEALTHY RECIPE  :  DIGESTIVE - SALTY FRESH GINGER

 
100 GRAM RAW GINGER

1/2 TSP. BLACK SALT (SANCHAR POWDER )

1 TBSP. LEMON JUICE

1/2 TSP. SALT  OR AS PER TEST 

WASH THEN CLEAN A RAW GINGER.
MAKE ROUND OR HORIZONTAL SLICES OF THE RAW GINGER.
ADD SALT, BLACK SALT ( SANCHAR POWDER ) .
MIX WELL.
THEN ADD LEMON JUICE AND MIX.
YOU CAN STORE FOR 1 WEEK IN REFRIGERATOR IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER.
USE AS REQUIRE.
IT'S A USEFUL FOR DIGEST
