HEALTHY RECIPE :   HERB SANDWICH

8 SLICES BREAD

3 SMALL POTATO -BOILED, THEN DE SKIN -THEN MASHED

1 CUP GREEN PEAS -BOILED

3 SMALL ONION - FINELY CHOPPED

1 TOMATO  - CHOPPED

2 GREEN CHILLIES - CHOPPED

1 CUP CORIANDER - FINELY CHOPPED

1 TSP. PEPPER POWDER

1/2 TSP. AJAWAIN  ( AAJMA )POWDER

8-9 MINT LEAVES 

1/2 TSP BLACK SALT

PINCH JEERA POWDER OR CUMIN SEEDS

1/4 TBSP. LEMON JUICE

SALT AS PER TEST

4 TBSP. BUTTER - OR -

4 TBSP. CHEESE

MIX A ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL WITH OUT BUTTER. 
MIX WELL TOGETHER ALL INGREDIENTS LIGHTLY.


















TAKE BREAD SLICES AND REMOVE EDGES.
SPREAD BUTTER EVENLY ON ALL THE SLICES.
SPREAD THE MIXTURE ON LOWER SIDE OF SLICES OF SANDWICH.
COVER THE SANDWICHES WITH THE REMAINING BREAD SLICES. 
PLACE IN A PRE HEATED TOASTER OR GRILL.
TOAST FOR 2 - 3 MINUTES TILL BREAD GETS TOASTED WELL AND GOLDEN.
SPREAD SOME CHEESE OR BUTTER OVER THE HOT TOAST SANDWICHES.
