HEALTHY RECIPE : SPICY SPROUTED MUNG BHEL

3 CUP MIX FARSAN  - MIX CHVANU

1/2 CUP NORMAL BESAN SEV

1 1/2 CUP NYLON BESAN SEV

3 POTATO - BOILED -SKINNED THEN CHOPPED

1 1/2 CUP SPROUTED MUNG - BOILED

2  ONION - CHOPPED

2 CUP SWEET TAMARIND - JAGGERY  LIQUID CHUTNEY

1 TBSP. CHILLI PASTE

1/2 CUP RED - CHILLI-GARLIC CHUTNEY

2 ONION - CHOPPED

3 TBSP. CORIANDER - CHOPPED



1 TSP. CHAT MASALA

PINCH SALT

TAKE A BIG MIXING BOWL.


















PUT A 3 CUP OF MIX FARSAN, NORMAL BESAN SAVE, 1/2 CUP NYLON SEV, CHOPPED POTATO, BOILED MUNG SPROUT AND ONION IN TO THE BOWL.
AND MIX WELL TOGETHER.
THEN ADD RED CHILLI-GARLIC PASTE, 2 TBSP. CHOPPED CORIANDER, 1 TSP. CHAT MASALA AND PINCH OF SALT INTO THE FARSAN MIXTURE.



















NOW ADD SWEET TAMARIND -JAGGERY LIQUID CHUTNEY.
MIX IT SLOWLY.














NOW SERVE IN A PLATE, GARNISH WITH REST OF THE NYLON BESAN SEV, CHOPPED ONION AND CHOPPED CORIANDER.
YOU CAN GARNISH WITH FINELY CHOPPED RAW MANGO AND RED POMEGRANATE SEEDS ALSO.
