HEALTHY RECIPE : QUICK-EASY-NON COOK MANGO ICE CREAM
1 CUP MANGO PULP
1/2 CUP CHOPPED MANGO
1 CUP MILK
1/2 CUP POWDER SUGAR
1 CUP MILKPOWDER
1 CUP CREAM
MANGO ESSENCE 3-4 DROPS ( OPTIONAL)
10- 12 STRAND SAFFRON - OPTIONAL
10-12 MANGO'S SMALL PIECES - FOR GARNISH
3-3-3 GREEN, RED, ORANGE -JELLY SWEETS - PIECES

TAKE A MANGO PULP IN A MIXING BOWL.
ADD FULL FAT MILK, MILK POWDER AND SUGAR POWDER AND MIX.
THEN ADD ALL THE MIXTURE INTO THE MIXTURE JAR.
MIX WELL.
NOW ADD CHILLED CREAM.
MIX WELL.
ADD MANGO ESSENCE AND SAFFRON AT THIS STAGE AND MIX TOGETHER.
TRANSFER INTO THE CONTAINER AND ADD 1/2 CUP OF CHOPPED MANGO AND MIX IT.
COVER WITH LID THE CONTAINER.
FREEZE THE MANGO ICE CREAM, 8-9 HOURS IN DEEP FREEZE.
SERVE QUICK-EASY-NON COOK ICE CREAM IN A SERVING ICE CREAM CUP.
GARNISH WITH MANGO PIECES AND THREE COLOURS OF JELLY SWEETS.
