HEALTHY RECIPE : DELICIOUS MASALA PURI
2 CUP. WHEAT FLOUR
2 TSP. OIL
1 TSP. GINGER PASTE
1 TSP. GARLIC PASTE
1 TSP. CHILLI PASTE
1/2 TSP. TURMERIC POWDER
1 TSP. RED CHILLI POWDER
2 TSP. DRY CORIANDER POWDER
1 TSP. CUMIN POWDER
1 TSP. AJWAIN POWDER
SALT AS PER TEST
1/2 TSP. ASAFOETIDA - HING
OIL TO FRY
WATER AS NEED

TAKE A MIXING BOWL AND PUT A WHEAT FLOUR AND 2 TBSP. OIL IN IT. MIX WELL.
ADD GINGER PASTE, GARLIC PASTE, CHILLI PASTE, CORIANDER POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER, RED CHILLI POWDER, CUMIN POWDER, AJWAIN POWDER, SALT AS PER TEST AND ASAFOETIDA.
MIX WELL TOGETHER WITH FLOUR.
ADD REQUIRE WATER TO KNEAD IN TO MEDIUM TIGHT DOUGH.
GIVE THE REST FOR 10 MINUTES.
PUT THE 1 TSP. OIL OVER DOUGH AND FOLD THE DOUGH 5-6 TIME .
THEN DIVIDE THE DOUGH IN TO 20 EQUAL PRESSED BALL.
ROLL OUT EACH PRESSED BALL THINLY SMALL ROUND SHAPE.
DEEP FRY IN A OIL BOTH SIDE ON MEDIUM FLAME.
FRY THE PURI TILL LIGHT BROWN.
SERVE HOT WITH VEG. POTATO AND VEG SALAD OR SPICY OR SWEET PICKLE OR JAM. IT'S NICE TO SERVE WITH YOGHURT ALSO.
* SPREAD THE PICKLE OVER THE PURI AND GARNISH WITH CABBAGE, TOMATO, ONION RING, CAPSICUM, CORIANDER LEAVES - SALAD WITH SPRINKLE PEPPER POWDER - OVER PURI.
