HEALTHY RECIPE : DELICIOUS CHEESY BREAD STRIP

















7-8 SQUARE  CHEESE -GRATED - FOR GARNISH

5 TBSP. CHEESE - GRATED

11/2 CUP SWEET CORN - BOILED

3-4 POTATO - MEDIUM SIZED, BOILED -PILED AND MASHED.

4 SLICES FRESH BREAD - MAKE ONE BY THREE STRIPS

3 SLICES - FRESH BREAD - CRUMBLE

2 ONION -FINELY CHOPPED

2 TBSP. GREEN CHILLI, GARLIC, GINGER PASTE - MIX.

2 TBSP. TOMATO KETCHUP SALT AS PER TEST

BUTTER FOR SHALLOW FRYING

COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A MIXING BOWL.
MIX WELL TOGETHER.
MAKE EQUAL PORTION OF THE MIXTURE.
TAKE A BREAD STRIP.



















SPREAD THE SOME SAUCE OVER THE BREAD STRIPS.
THEN SPREAD THE ONE PORTION OF MIXTURE OVER THE SAUCE LAYER ON BREAD STRIP.
REPEAT WITH ALL OTHER BREAD STRIPS.



















HEAT THE SOME BUTTER IN- NON STICK  TAVA, ON SLOW FLAME.



















SHALLOW FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN, THE CHEESY STRIPES BOTH SIDES, ADDING SMALL QUANTITY OF BUTTER.
PUT THE CHEESY STRIPS IN A SERVING PLATE.
SPRINKLE THE GRATED CHEESE OVER ALL THE STRIPS.
SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO KETCHUP AND GREEN CHUTNEY.
