2.1/2 CUP MAIDA - ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 

1 CUP BOILING OIL

1/2 TBSP. CUMIN SEEDS - COARSELY GRIND

1/2 TBSP. BLACK PEPPER POWDER

1/2 TBSP. AJWAIN - COARSELY GRIND

SALT AS PER TEST - MELT IN 1/2 CUP WATER

3 TBSP, HONEY - TO GARNISH

3 TBSP. NUTELLA - TO GARNISH

OIL TO FRY

TAKE A MIXING BOWL AND PUT IN TO A MAIDA, COARSELY GRIND CUMIN SEEDS, BLACK PEPPER POWDER, COARSELY GRIND AJWAIN AND BOILING OIL.
MIX WELL TOGETHER.





















THEN ADD MELTED SALT WATER. MIX AND ADD MORE WATER TO KNEAD INTO A TIGHT DOUGH.
GIVE THE REST FOR 5 MINUTES.
DIVIDE DOUGH INTO BIG BALLS.
ROLL OUT BALLS INTO BIG ROTI - CHAPATI.
CUT INTO SMALL ROUND SHAPE - PURI, WITH SMALL ROUND CUTTER.





















HEAT GHEE IN A KADAI AND DEEP FRY OVER SLOW FLAME TILL PURIES ARE LIGHT BROWN AND CRISPY.
DRAIN OVER ABSORBENT PEPPER.
STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER TO RETAIN ITS FRESHNESS AND CRISPNESS.
WHEN YOU WANT TO SERVE GARNISH WITH NUTELLA SPREAD AND HONEY.
YOU CAN SERVE NUTELLA PURIES WITH FRESH FRUITS AND DRY FRUITS.
